In addition to the benefits from Premium Membership, purchasing the 90 or 365 day options offers a free bonus of Hongmoon Coin you can use in the store to purchase items you want. The 365 day option also includes a special costume that changes each year.

On top of all this, there is currently an additional bonus available the first time you sign up. We are currently offering the Hongmoon Black Feather accessory item to accounts who sign up for recurring payments.

Bonus items are delivered to the account-wide Received Items section in your in-game Mailbox. It can be claimed by any one character on the account - now or later. Once claimed, it is bound to the character by default. If you change your mind and would like the cosmetics on another character on the account, you can mail them over with Outfit Delivery Stamps included in your Premium Membership or purchase more on the Hongmoon Store.

You will be billed the USD, GBP, or EURO (currency by your region) amount every 30, 90, or 365 days (based on the subscription you purchased) from the day of purchase.

In the process of upgrading, you are essentially cancelling your previous recurring membership and purchasing a new one. Rest assured we are not cancelling your membership during the process of your upgrade and we will be resolving this confusion as soon as we can.

In the meantime, the time remaining on your previous subscription will automatically be added to the end of your new subscription term before it renews.

You cannot use NCoin for a recurring Premium Membership but you can use NCoin to purchase a Prepaid Premium Membership (not recurring).

Premium Membership can only be purchased via recurring subscription or NCoin.

You will be billed immediately for a recurring Premium Membership, and the time will be added to any remaining membership you might have. Once that combined time is used, you will then be billed again. For example, if you have 20 days of non-recurring Premium Membership left and sign up for a 30-day recurring membership, you'll be billed immediately, and then once the combined 50 days is consumed you'll be billed again for the next 30-day period. After that point, every 30, 90, or 365 days you will be automatically billed for the amount and any associated bonus items will be sent to your in-game mail.

We only allow one subscription per account as Premium Membership benefits are account-wide.

You can purchase and gift Prepaid Premium Membership to a friend from the in-game Hongmoon Store.

To cancel, please visit your Account Management page and cancel your subscription. The remaining days on your Premium Membership will continue normally and you will not be billed at the next cycle.
